                       Net Asset Value at 5 November 2010 
 
Vision Opportunity China Fund Limited (AIM: VOC.L) today reports that its 
unaudited Net Asset Value ("NAV") as at 5 November 2010 was US$148.71 million 
(31 October 2010: US$148.12 million). 
As at 5 November 2010, VOC had 66,189,574 ordinary shares of no par value in 
issue (the "Ordinary Shares"), which resulted in an unaudited NAV per Ordinary 
Share of US$2.247 as at that date (31 October 2010: US$2.238).
