Net Asset Value at 15 October 2010

Vision Opportunity China Fund Limited (AIM: VOC.L) today reports that its unaudited Net Asset Value ("NAV") as at 15 October 2010 was US$144.49 million (8 October 2010: US$141.47 million).

As at 15 October 2010, VOC had 66,189,574 ordinary shares of no par value in issue (the "Ordinary Shares"), which resulted in an unaudited NAV per Ordinary Share of US$2.183 as at that date (8 October 2010: US$2.137).
