                        Net Asset Value at 16 July 2010 
 
Vision Opportunity China Fund Limited (AIM: VOC.L) today reports that its Net 
Asset Value ("NAV") as at 16 July 2010 was US$130.99 million (9 July 2010: 
US$146.05 million). 
As at 16 July 2010, VOC had 66,189,574 ordinary shares of no par value in issue 
(the "Ordinary Shares"), which resulted in an unaudited NAV per Ordinary Share 
of US$1.979 as at that date (9 July 2010: US$2.207).
