                        Net Asset Value at 31 March 2010 
 
Vision Opportunity China Fund Limited (AIM: VOC.L), the AIM-quoted investment 
company that seeks promising investments in small and medium enterprises located 
in Greater China, today reports that its Net Asset Value ("NAV") as at 31 March 
2010 was US$182.13 million (26 March 2010: US$176.99 million). 
As at 31 March 2010, VOC had 66,189,574 ordinary shares of no par value in issue 
(the "Ordinary Shares"), which resulted in an unaudited NAV per Ordinary Share 
of US$2.752 as at that date (26 March 2010: US$2.674).
