                            (the "Company" or "VOC") 
                        Net Asset Value at 26 March 2010 
 
Vision Opportunity China Fund Limited (AIM: VOC.L), the closed-ended fund traded 
on AIM that invests in companies with operations principally within Greater 
China, today reports that its Net Asset Value ("NAV") as at 26 March 2010 was 
US$176.99 million (19 March 2010: US$171.64 million). 
As at 26 March 2010, VOC had 66,189,574 ordinary shares of no par value in issue 
(the "Ordinary Shares"), which resulted in an unaudited NAV per Ordinary Share 
of US$2.674 as at that date (19 March 2010: US$2.593). 
The Company began reporting an unaudited weekly NAV as at Friday, 5 March 2010. 
VOC expects to release the weekly NAV announcement by close of business on the 
second business day following each Friday. If the last day of a month falls on a 
Wednesday or Thursday, VOC will not produce a NAV the Friday of that week.  If 
the last day of a month falls on a Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Tuesday VOC will 
not produce a NAV for the previous Friday.
