    VISION OPPORTUNITY CHINA FUND LIMITED 
    RESTRUCTURING OF INVESTMENT AND NEW AFFILIATED SHAREHOLDERS

    On 29 May 2008, Vision Opportunity China Fund Limited ("VOC") (AIM: VOC.L) invested $1,436,185 in Astrata Group Inc. ("Astrata") (OTCBB:
ATTG) and restructured its previous $2.56 million investment made on 19 December 2007. After the investment and restructuring, VOC holds the
following:
    *     Series A-2 convertible preferred shares that are convertible into 10,240,000 shares of Astrata's common stock at a price of $0.25
per share; and
    *     Series C convertible preferred shares that are convertible into 9,229,197 shares of Astrata's common stock at price of $0.25 per
share. 
    On 20 June 2008, two senior employees of Vision Capital Advisors, LLC ("VCA"), the investment advisor to VOC, purchased ordinary shares
of VOC in an aggregate total amount of 285,000 shares.  The price paid for the shares according to Bloomberg Finance L.P. was US$1.075 per
share.  These purchases have now increased the holdings of VCA and affiliates of VCA to approximately 8.1% of VOC's issued share capital.
