The Company announces that, for the purpose of the return of capital of 5 cents 
per share to be paid in sterling on Friday, 28 May 2010, the rate of exchange 
(USD to GBP) as at 3.00 p.m. on Wednesday, 5 May 2010 was 1.5111.  Accordingly, 
a return of capital of 3.3088 pence per share, amounting to GBP2.19 million in 
aggregate will be paid on Friday, 28 May 2010 to shareholders on the register as 
at close of business on Friday, 7 May 2010.
