Vision Opportunity China Fund Limited (AIM: VOC.L), the closed-ended fund traded 
on AIM that invests in companies with operations principally within Greater 
China, today announces the publication of its Annual Report and Accounts for the 
period from 1 October 2008 to 30 September 2009 (the "Accounts"). Printed copies 
of the Accounts Notice of Annual General Meeting were sent to shareholders on 4 
December 2009. 
 
 
An electronic copy of the Accounts is available on the Company's website at 
www.vocfund.com and it is also available, free of charge, for one month from the 
date hereof from the Company's registered office Suites 13 and 15, Sarnia House, 
Le Truchot, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 4NA. 
 
 
The Annual General Meeting of the Company (the "AGM") will be held at Sarnia 
House, Le Truchot, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 4NA on 10 February 2009 at noon.
