Purchase of Ordinary Shares

On 21, 25 and 26 March 2013 the Company purchased in the market a total of 84,765 ordinary shares at prices of US$0.45, US$0.48, US$0.50 and US$0.51 respectively. These ordinary shares purchased by the Company shall be classified and held as treasury shares ("Treasury Shares"). Following the purchase of the above ordinary shares, the Company's issued share capital consists of 85,846,719 ordinary shares. There are 84,765 shares held in treasury, representing 0.09% of the total issued share capital. As announced on 20 March 2013 the Directors may determine to cancel or transfer Treasure Shares on any terms as they deem appropriate.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 85,761,954.

The above figure of 85,761,954 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation of their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
