Purchase of Ordinary Shares

On 27 December 2012 the Company purchased in the market for cancellation 1,620,000 ordinary shares at a price of US$ 0.36 each. Following the purchase and cancellation of the above ordinary shares 85,846,719 ordinary shares will remain in issue. The Company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.

The above figure 85,846,719 ordinary shares remaining in issue is the total number of voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation of their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The Company also announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2012 was posted to shareholders on 27 December 2012. The Annual Report and Accounts are also available to be viewed and downloaded from the Company website, www.vietnampropertyfund.com.
