Purchase of Ordinary Shares

On 24 July 2012 the Company purchased in the market for cancellation 754,740 ordinary shares at a price of US$ 0.52 each. Following the purchase and cancellation of the above ordinary shares 87,466,719 ordinary shares will remain in issue. The Company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.

The above figure 87,466,719 ordinary shares remaining in issue is the total number of voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation of their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
