Following the recent conversion of holdings of 1.4% convertible unsecured loan
stock 2006 into ordinary shares, Fidelity International Ltd and its direct and
indirect subsidiaries have advised the Company of a change in beneficial
interest.  The combined holdings now represent 8,622,383 ordinary shares (6.9%
of the new issued share capital - previously 5.3%).
