Versatile Provides Update on Nominated Advisor 
 
VANCOUVER, CANADA--(Marketwire - March 18, 2011) - Versatile Systems Inc. (TSX VENTURE:VV)(AIM:VVS) 
("Versatile") announces that NCB Stockbrokers Limited has resigned as AIM Nominated Advisor ("Nomad") to the 
Company, as NCB is closing its London office and with effect from 31 March 2011will no longer be providing 
Nomad services. 
 
Versatile has undertaken a process of interviewing potential candidates and will continue to look for a 
suitable alternative Nomad however under AIM Rule 1, if an alternative Nomad has not been appointed within one 
calendar month of NCB's resignation becoming effective then trading in the Company's shares on AIM will be 
cancelled. This will not impact the trading of the Company's shares on the TSX Venture Exchange.
