Versatile Announces Results of Annual General Meeting 
 
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 16, 2010) - Versatile Systems Inc. (TSX VENTURE:VV)(AIM:VVS) today announces the results of its annual general meeting, which was held earlier today. 
 
The shareholders elected John Hardy, Alessandro Benedetti, Malcolm Clay, Fraser Atkinson, Kais Laouiti and Bertrand des Pallieres as directors of the Company. John Hardy will continue to serve as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Robert Joyce as the President and Fraser Atkinson as the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary. 
 
The shareholders also appointed Deloitte & Touche LLP as the Company's auditors for the ensuing fiscal year.
