Auburn University Selects Versatile's SyncSeer(TM) to Manage Sports Venues 
 
MECHANICSBURG, PENNSYLVANIA--(Marketwire - May 17, 2011) - Versatile Systems Inc. (TSX VENTURE:VV)(AIM:VVS) ("Versatile") today announced that Auburn University has selected Versatile's SyncSeer(TM) Venue Management Solution. Maintaining student safety and security whilst attending sporting events is a key responsibility of the University and it's staff, Auburn University will use SyncSeer(TM) to ensure that fans are able to enjoy events in as safe an environment as possible.
