Veris received notification today that Mr. Gary Duffy has a notifiable interest
in the Company of 2,317,484 ordinary shares representing 8.98% of the issued
ordinary share capital. This follows a purchase of 500,000 ordinary shares on 2
July 2009 and a purchase of 500,000 ordinary shares on 16 July 2009.
