Venteco plc, the UK-based non-toxic pest control provider, announces the
following changes in the composition of its Board of Directors.

Mats Andersson, non-executive Chairman of Venteco plc, has resigned from the
Board of Directors, on which he has served since the Company's listing in March
2006, because of the pressure of other commitments.

Having accepted Mr Andersson's resignation, the Board of Directors met yesterday
and unanimously voted in favour of the appointment of Haresh Kanabar, also a
non-executive director since the time of the Group's listing, as Chairman with
immediate effect.

Commenting on Mr Andersson's resignation Chief Executive Officer, Stefan
Hansson, said: "The Board of Venteco gratefully thanks Mats Andersson for his
valued contribution to the Group over the past years and wishes him well with
his future endeavours. Having worked with Haresh Kanabar over the last two
years, I am confident that we have an excellent Chairman and I look forward to
working under his guidance."
