I don't understand your fair value figure. Their cash alone at interims would suggest around 5p and that makes no allowance for NAV. To my mind, they've sufficient funding to remain solvent for a fair while. What they need is a decent break in the Cryonite operation, which offers such huge potential. In fairness to the management, I don't think they're doing much wrong, except not communicating well enough with investors. |
Posted at 05/10/2007 18:37 by yump Yes, I guess however good it gets, there could be sellers all the way up for a while, but it doesn't exactly appear to have had a flood of pi's investing earlier, so perhaps selling might be relatively calm if the original investors can see clean profitability over the hill. |
Posted at 05/10/2007 16:32 by yump Could get quite interesting that was only £2000 worth - might see next week if a small purchase moves the price.Regardless of the exceptional, I think it wont' be long before the likelihood of decent profit appears. There looks to be a growth market in a semi-environmental area and room for cost-savings as a result of the acquisition overlaps. Thats 2 drivers. Bound to be a period as there has been with the share price in the dip, while investors try to work out what the fundamentals could be. As they've got more acquisitions planned, things could still be a bit hazy for a while yet though imo. ie. p&l & balance sheet isn't going to be easy to get a grip on. |
