NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL
RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

Vega Group PLC announces that on 11 September 2007 it was notified that Phil
Cartmell, Chief Executive Officer of the  Company, sold 95,394 ordinary shares
of 5 pence each at a price of 220p on 11 September 2007. Following this
disposal,  Mr Cartmell is interested in the voting rights attached to 16,300
ordinary shares representing 0.01% of the issued  share capital of the Company.

In addition he holds the following awards under the Company's two share schemes:
