Bought in today 1.5 ,1.6 and 1.80p so average 1.65pish.

Cant see how you can lose here.

VGM effectively its a cash bid to take it private. Its in black and white 3.72p per share if they de-list. If they dont for some reason then it will go up to more than that anyway. Can see a spike to 3pish at some point before vote to de-list as those who want some free money buy in to get on the register to qualify for the 3.72p payout!

Thats my take on it so reckon its a bl@@dy good buy down here. Time will tell and we shall see.

Larry Edelson Editor Gold and Silver trader, is now profoundly bullish on gold. The bottom is in and the move up is here, now. His MINIMUM price targets for gold and silver are $5,000 and $1.25. Recommends junior mining shares.

don't really get that registered argument.

why would Zhongun care when the shares were registered?
either they want the shares or they don't.

They didn't have to offer 3.72p.

Why bother extracting from old tunnels at the moment ?
Shouldn't they be carving out new tunnels ?

Clearly no one believes the 3.72 December statement. Where is this going to stop my bets are on 0.8p as the bottom.

This has got a tough month ahead of it

Says it all .... they are not viable

''Vatukoula Sold 19,116 ounces of gold during the first half of this year at an average cash cost of US$1,463 per ounce. ''

Even worse

''Subsequent to the half year ended 28 February 2014, and for the two months ending April 2014, the delivered grade from the mine has decreased to 3.63 grams of gold per tonne, which has resulted in just under 5,312 ounces of gold shipped. The effect of the lower grade and lower production has resulted in an increase in cash costs per for the two month period to approximately US$2,006 per ounce. ''

Shareholders who don't sell will be further Diluted !

"The Directors have further reviewed the effect of both the continued depressed gold price and the delay in obtaining the originally planned US$40 million funding and have concluded that the Company will need to raise a further US$15 - US$20 million to enable the Company to achieve its longer term targeted production rate of 100,000 ounces per annum."

I've had two of these bought-out before, Baydonhill and GTE. Just because it's delisting it's not over. I know the figures don't look good but if you believe the 100,000 perhaps they mean 200,000, or $500 not $900, some sort of deal happening off market?

What's going on with Zhongrun's 5 day average of buying your stock on a time limit? This could have been walked down for months.

SCD are holding on to theirs.

Any thoughts?

Quick question, is there any tie in as to when the shares are owned (ie those bought recently qualify for the Dec payout?) Also what guarantees that they will actually pay up?
