**Rumour of RTO at DKE [Dukemount Capital]** The rumour is apparently of a reverse takeover, at or around 0.075p by Gongqingcheng Yuxin Investment Management [GQC] This RTO makes perfect sense and has been linked to a past RTO This company, if you search, has links to Richard Edwards and his wife....who own 25% of DKE 0.075p was the SP [ March 24] when "The Richards" took shares in lieu of the loan agreement debt repayment...if you all research!!! Coincidence....hmmmm?? 0.075p would be around 3.5 times today's opening SP but still a bargain for a main market listing with ZERO Debt SP is already showing 20% up from the 0.021p opening price today

VAST need to be carefull here. If he keeps buying at this rate, he will make a takeover offer. 50% Premium to 100% Premium will be a bargain for him. SP will rocket anyway and it could be a blessing for LTH. Quite easily could end up 1p. Us small time investors keep selling and he keeps buying. Not such free float will be there and market makers will need double digit rises to tempt small holders to sell.
