The Joint Liquidators of Stanford International Bank Ltd - in Liquidation (SIB), Nigel Hamilton-Smith and Peter Wastell of Vantis Business Recovery Services, wish to provide an update in relation to SIB. A copy of the full text of the announcement in relation to the Co-Operation agreement between Antiguan Liquidators and US Receiver in relation to the assets of SIB – in liquidation and the lifting of Antiguan land asset restrictions by the Government of Antigua & Barbuda can be found on www.vantisplc.com/stanford
Further communications will be issued when practicable. In the meantime, the Joint Liquidators continue to deal with investors via the SIB Online Claims Management System and, to date, several thousand have accessed the service. The Joint Liquidators shall continue to verify and confirm claims.

The Receivers of Stanford Trust Company Limited (STC) can also confirm that they are now taking steps to agree the claims of the clients of STC with SIB. It is anticipated the clients of STC will be able to obtain login credentials for the SIB Online Claims Management System by the end of June and further correspondence will be issued at that time.
