TIDMVTS RNS Number : 4622M Vantis PLC 24 May 2010 Vantis PLC ('Vantis' or the 'Company') Directors' dealings Vantis was notified on 24 May 2010 that on 29 April 2010 Equiniti, the independent trustee ('Trustee") of the Company's share incentive plan ("SIP"), purchased, in accordance with the SIP's rules and on behalf of all SIP participants, ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Under the terms of the SIP, participating members, including employees and directors of the Company, contribute a fixed amount to the Trustee on a monthly basis. The Trustee acquires shares in the Company every month at the prevailing share price.
