Directors' dealings 
 
Vantis was notified on 6 April 2010 that on 24 March 2010 Equiniti, the 
independent trustee ('Trustee") of the Company's share incentive plan ("SIP"), 
purchased, in accordance with the SIP's rules and on behalf of all SIP 
participants, ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary 
Shares"). Under the terms of the SIP, participating members, including employees 
and directors of the Company, contribute a fixed amount to the Trustee on a 
monthly basis. The Trustee acquires shares in the Company every month at the 
prevailing share price. 
 
Following the purchases, the following directors of the Company became 
interested in an additional 586 Ordinary Shares at a price of 24 pence per share 
and will have the following interests in the Company's issued share capital:
