Vantis plc ("Vantis" or the "Company"), the accountancy and professional
advisory group, is pleased to announce that it has today applied for a further
844,546 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to
be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission").

The new Ordinary Shares relate to the acquisition of the Walkers Group on 1 May
2002. As stated in the AIM admission document dated 24 April 2002, the
ex-partners of the Walkers Group would be issued with additional ordinary
shares upon the determination of the profits of the Walkers Group for the
period 1 May 2001 to 30 April 2002.

It is expected that Admission will occur on Monday 17 March 2003.
