                                AGM Statement


Vantis plc is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at today's AGM
were passed. During the AGM the Chairman made the following statement:

"The Group continues to perform in line with management expectations with good
progress seen across all areas of the business. Prospects continue to be
encouraging despite a challenging environment. As stated in our full year
results, a  strong pipeline of acquisition and recruitment opportunities are
being selectively pursued."
