Vanquis Banking Takeover Rumours (VANQ)

XP power reported today that it had received a takeover offer. up a lot. (+40-60% ?) And another company received a takeover offer yesterday & was up ~60%. Value & discounts to real value, the share price catches up in the end, & will do at VANQ imo.

£50-£60m ebitda this year should put us on 7 times current share price Back to over £1 very quickly I think. Takeover imminent. Redwood buy out

So Redwood accumulated some more! Lots of talk about the rise today being down to Martin Lewis comments but unlikely given CBG fell sharply and Vanquis is not involved and Lewis always stated it was DIC payments only is a potential takeover now becoming obvious!
