    The holding of 6,733,334 (4.36%) was previously managed by Axa Framlington. On 1st July 2008 these shares were transferred to the new
fund manager, BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited. On 1st August the sale of 700,000 shares resulted in the shareholding reducing
to 6,033,334 representing 3.91% and moving the holding below 4%. A further sale of 6,033,334 reduced the holding to nil.
