Notice is hereby given by the Seventh Issuer that, in accordance with the Notice, certain of the Amendment Documents have been amended in line with the Proposed Amendments as previously notified to Noteholders and blacklined copies (showing the changes from the originally available Amendment Documents) and clean versions of the same will be available for inspection, at the specified office of the Principal Paying Agent and in the Data Room.
