Gunn and Barby are protected medieval thugs operating in the small cap sectors. They steal from shareholders and take the company private to themselves screwing shareholders, having produced a Prospectus with Lenigas help saying they were going to list honestly. No rules, no honour, no standards and the religion says nothing and the senior business leaders say nothing, therefore they are morally bankrupt and unfit for 21C. They obviously corrupt the political system to NOT act against them and reimburse trusting investors. That's Gunn and Barby for you. Another corrupt gang The fraud was entirely pre-planned against shareholders with Barby immediately buying out a listing participant in a pre-arranged corrupt plan and so Gunn and Barby had control of the public listed company and then shafted shareholders and continue to divert profits that should have gone to the shareholders that supported them instead into their own creepy tax avoiding pockets when they stole the company back to private quite unbelievably breaking all promises to shareholders The point is this is what these gangs do. Might be URA where major shareholder stole the main £billion asset. This became URAH which in turn could be stolen by the directors. Or at Ananda which also could be stolen by directors at any time I think any of us who saw N.Ireland know the form. These base characters will try and say someone bad is 'criticising the community!!!!' and order in the thugs if you notice at Ananda the 'directors' have already diverted potential future company assets to themselves Relevant here because this gang put robbed URA shareholders into tiny amounts of ANA Ananda shares and then continue to rob them. WHO IS POLICING THIS. Not the medieval groups themselves or the religions or the politicians. And the British Police are a complete waste of time or are actually prevented from investigating by the corrupt politicians that these gangs have bought influence with in order to act against shareholders and ROB THEM |
