Further to its announcement on 13 March 2019, Ultimate Products, the owner of a number of leading homeware brands including Salter (the UK's oldest houseware brand, est.1760) and Beldray (est.1872), announces that on 25 April 2023, under its UP Global Sourcing Performance Share Plan 2017 (the "Plan"), 69,830 share options were exercised at a price of 0.25 pence per option and 93,553 share options were exercised at a price of 59.17 pence per option and were satisfied by the transfer of, in aggregate, 163,383 existing ordinary shares of 0.25 pence in the Company ("Shares") held by the UP Global Sourcing Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"). Of the 163,383 Shares allocated from the EBT in satisfying the option exercises, 66,550 Shares were sold in the market at a price of 140 pence per Share.

Pursuant to the above, Jenny Stewart and David Bloomfield, both persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), exercised options over 73,567 Shares and 39,625 Shares respectively. Of those options exercised, Mr Bloomfield sold 37,008 Shares in the market, further details of which are set out at the end of this announcement.

Following the above transactions, the EBT holds 2,954,858 Shares, representing approximately 3.32% of the Company's issued share capital.

The current issued share capital of the Company remains 89,312,457 Shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the FCA.

Ultimate Products is the owner of a number of leading homeware brands including Salter (the UK's oldest houseware brand, established in 1760) and Beldray (a laundry, floor care, heating and cooling brand that was established in 1872). According to its market research, nearly 80% of UK households own at least one of the Group's products.

Ultimate Products sells to over 300 retailers across 38 countries, and specialises in five product categories: Small Domestic Appliances; Housewares; Laundry; Audio; and Heating and Cooling.
