If it was removed it was probably not true. It was about their relationship with B&M breaking down. It mustn't be true if it was removed.

What was the crux of it though, was it to do with Asda bid for BME? If so, then Asda are also a customer of UPGS, so would assume the bid would not affect sales...

Well ive been through 13 pages on LSE, back to March 2017, and can't see any mention of B&M rumour

Its on the LSE.GO back a week. Its probably a load of rubbish.

But more pertinent is the fact that the directors who made a lot of money in the IPO chose not to begin UP Globals life on the market debt free.

From half term report

Net debt amounted to GBP10.2m, with a net debt / underlying EBITDA ratio of 0.9x

Looks manageable to me.

It has debt of £10.2 million at the interims.

If the rumour on the London South East about B&M are true I'd be very worried. It could have been a scam (probably is) by the poster but if its true there will be an exodus.
