both companies will require large placings to fund Wressle expansion, Europa is very low on cash, at least UJO has c. £3m but cash + revenue simply wont be enough without a placing or loan facility - I wouldnt be surprised to see an opportunistic takeover offer for UJO, maybe Heyco?
