Tialouise- your 20000 shares just showed up along with a couple of other delayed buys. Yet more games by the market makers!!!!

Michaeladvfn- sorry, meant I was totally skint with regards to adding any more for a while. Before the games started today, volumes were very low for the day. By aggressively dropping this, they've made a packet through the trades today. Wouldn't be surprised if this steadily ticked up back to evens for the day with a few more buys.

I do ask myself whether the mm's do this on purpose to hit stop-losses?

Jxman- it was dropped on very low volumes. Market makers are just trying to create a market. Well they certainly did that judging by the buying the drop triggered. Once again I'd like to thank the market makers for my two top ups at 53p. They usually do this when good news is due ; )

And another 11072 @ 53p. Well done for getting in @ 52p. I just couldn't get a quote when the offer was 52p. What's a penny or two when this will be ££££'s soon. Watch this recover later. Thanks again market makers lol ! Right, that's it now, 171,000 shares. I know I keep saying I won't add, but I am totally skint now!!!

Well, N3- I hope people here realise that you are not the most accurate poster on ADVFN.
Perhaps if you are, at the moment, positive on this share, they will escape your usual antics.

Stand corrected, will expect a trading update mid December onwards. Imagine if there's even a hint of growing revenues & profits that are ahead of market expectations. Hopefully there'll be news before then, maybe the odd contract win or news from Australia.

You're welcome G2. Yes, getting the big boys on-board, even at a regional level will come in very handy as expansion gathers apace.

So let's assume it's OD APEC, what would it want from cloudBuy?

I'd assume it is primarily a buyer of manufacturer's supplies, so it wants the best deal.
It uses cloudBuy to identify what's on offer, rates, any better deals etc, then buys the products, but has 60 days to pay, Visa's banks pay the supplier in 3 or so days in return for a small turn. Part of the rebate OD 'earns' for using Visa is divvied up between Visa & cloudBuy. So in essence OD gets the best deal & time to settle in return for a reduced rebate, the supplier gets paid fast, banks, Visa & cloudbuy all make a turn, everyone wins - as long as OD settles.

Could OD also be a cloudBuy supplier? I suspect they could you know... it's a food chain remember, even before it ever gets to the customer - and in OD's world, the customer is business/organisations.

So OD could play it both ways using cloudBuy, as a buyer from manufacturers and a seller to business/public sector. It's mind-boggling isn't it?

G2,

I was looking into that too, I suspect it's OD's APAC division;

They don't appear to operate in Oz, but they are growing in Singapore etc.

The big one in Oz seems to be Office Products Depot, an independent.

Hi folks

I see that Office Depot is listed as a cloudbuy customer. A pretty big fish with over 10 billion in revenue. Has this been announced previously? If so, I missed it.

A trading update is likely as trout says, in Dec/Jan to update on the 2013 year, before the full audited accounts are issued a few months later.

Harebridge, that's the second time you have posted that.

Can I ask what are "interims for H2"?

You have Interims for the first half of the year, then at the end of H2 you have the Prelims, these are for the whole 12 months.

Reporting rules for Interims on AIM mean they have to be published within 3 months of the half end, for the Prelims they have to be published within 6 months of year end, the reason for this extra time is they need to be audited.

Last year the results were published in early June, although late due to RD's illness, the previous year they were published right at the end of March.

So not sure why you think they will be published in the beginning of February?

There is likely to be a trading statement at or after year end, but results will be quite a bit longer than the beginning of February.

Trout.

No mention yet on the Australian Visa site. Official launch was pencilled in late 2013. Once any mention by Visa, this will reach a massive audience. I'm expecting interims for H2 around beginning of February. Revenues & profits will be key as always. From the 6 August 2013 trading update"In total, the volume of spend analysed by our systems is now over $450 billion, and we expect to gain both significant revenues from spend analysis, and convert these clients onto full marketplaces, and gain significant income from a percentage of the volume flowing through the system, delivering significant and rapid return on investment to our customers".From the Half Yearly report September 2013."Strong cash generation of over £250,000 in the 36 days between half year end and announcement of trading update released on 6 August 2013".So not only do cloudBuy have a significant amount of cash in the bank, they are starting to bring in significant revenues as well.RHPS give a price target of 300p in 3 years time of revenues of £50 million. Those forecasts could be smashed sooner. Remember that all this is just a warm up for when cloudBuy take on the USA in 2015. If cloudBuy is still around, it could be on a par with Ariba- Visa's last protege. This is definitely worth reading:http://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/news/61228/uk-boss-visa-deal-creates-inflection-point-61228.html"But he admits that if things go to plan with Visa "we should be up within a number of years with trillions going through the system and us having a small percentage of it"."If we get a small percentage of the trillions that are going through Visa, then we should be making billions," the CEO points out.
