20/10/2009 13:26 | Also my thinking nick, yesterday was a good top up day. Nearly through the brambles and into the open fields. | celeritas
20/10/2009 12:44 | I reckon that Paradeplatz have circa 6m shares left to go. They are desperate for an exit but we are seeing some buying mop up their sales. Each time we clear out weak holders we end up with a stronger base from which to move forward from. Most of the sellers seem to be doing so on the basis of opportunity cost. If the market wasn't going nuts on the upside they wouldn't be selling out. That is what is holding UCP back at present. | nickcduk
20/10/2009 08:25 | double post, sorry! | vlain
20/10/2009 08:23 | support still not broken then, just a slight 'blip'! | vlain
19/10/2009 22:36 | Its the paradeplatz sale, On 14 October 2009, Paradeplatz Management Limited sold 4,500,000 shares that reduced their total holding to 10,723,805 shares of the Company, representing 2.97% of the issued share capital. At 2:38 on the 14th Oct the 500k buy from Nectus and sale from paradeplatz is shown this ties in the 4.5m and 500k to give the 5m that Nectrus bought that day at 22.5, but why is the 4.5m so late reported. | celeritas
19/10/2009 22:27 | N.B. N.B. Deal date was 14th October ! Dont this share do yer ed in !! | whibbled
19/10/2009 22:20 | L2, the 4.5m at 22.5 timed at 15:52:16 confirmed after the UT trade at 4:35, someone put 700k+ on the buy side after 4:30 on the order book. | celeritas
19/10/2009 21:43 | Neither can I... TITM | traderinthemaking
19/10/2009 20:26 | Celeritas where are you getting these trades from i cant find anything on any platform Cheers Matt | peterboroughmatt
19/10/2009 18:38 | Interesting day, 4.5m late reported trade at 22.5, timed from 15:52 + a buyer wanting 700k in auction. | celeritas
19/10/2009 16:18 | yep, nice to see it rising again 8-) | eggbird
19/10/2009 15:54 | nice recovery | hugepants
19/10/2009 11:31 | Depends how you draw your chart. There was enough doubt for me that I sold out last Tuesday for a rather small profit but I was drawn out to reinvest in another opportunity as much as anything. If you just draw an apparent support line on its own, then it looks like it has been broken, but if you draw the channel lines where support and resistance are parallel, You have to alter it a bit and the support possibly hasn't actually gone yet but is very close to doing so. I'll try post the suitable chart later to show what I mean but I'm a bit busy today. | aleman
19/10/2009 09:42 | aleman, what do your charts say now??? | humbugg
16/10/2009 11:44 | well i dumpped 300k of my holding yesterday @ 22.5p when there was a market for them. Agreed that this is in serious need of leasing news, the last time we had any leasing news was 16/07/2008 , yep 15 months ago. For a company who's aim is to lease buildings shall we say thats not a very good show, can see now why shorts have not closed. The whole Nectrus plan is clearly not going to work, the only way the share price is going to really rock is if they lease more of the stuff or get a buyer for some of it, that will see the shorts close and a massive spike. Also its worth noting that on the last conference call they were seriously bearish about this and tried to avoid the question Still think the Nectrus purchase was only done now to save face at the agm. I will be looking to add again but with all these sellers around will wait until some more risk is taken out of the price, it might do it might not thats the chance you take. Matt | peterboroughmatt
16/10/2009 08:50 | Well, I for one am just glad to see Nectrus buying, and in the free market this time. Its all going to help the longterm picture. Some good finds / links above, well done guys 8-) | eggbird
16/10/2009 08:35 | Seems the buyer is trying to tempt the seller lower, little bit of sparring going on, maybe we can benefit from an odd trade with an opportunistic buy. | celeritas
16/10/2009 08:02 | Thanks for that nick, a good read, seems commercial developers have switched to residential which will cause a shortfall in A grade commercial. | celeritas
16/10/2009 07:50 | Further bullish noise on the commercial space take up:- | nickcduk
16/10/2009 07:50 | Good news that Nectrus were in the market yesterday, but only for 400k so clearly we had another buyer also active yesterday. I wonder what today will bring? Dibbs | dibbs
16/10/2009 07:49 | So only 400k, so it wasn't entirely Nectrus yesterday, in fact Nectrus only bought a small amount of yesterdays 5.7m shares traded. | celeritas |
