Cancellation of Admission on AIM and ESM

TVCH today confirms the cancellation of the admission to trading of the Company's Ordinary Shares on AIM and ESM as of today, 28 July 2014 at 7.00 a.m. (the "AIM and ESM Cancellation").

The AIM and ESM Cancellation was approved by the requisite majority of Shareholders voting at the EGM on 27 June 2014. Trading in the Ordinary Shares on AIM and ESM ceased at the close of business on 25 July 2014.

Immediately following the AIM and ESM Cancellation, there will be no market facility for dealing in the Ordinary Shares and no price will be publicly quoted. In order to assist Shareholders to buy and sell Ordinary shares, the Company's CREST facility will be maintained and Ordinary Shares will remain transferable through CREST. Shareholders holding their Ordinary shares in certificated form who wish to execute a private transfer may submit the necessary stock transfer form and share certificate(s), to the Company's Registrar, Capita Asset Services, Shareholder solutions (Ireland), P.O. Box 7117, Dublin 2, Ireland.
