RNS Number:4974Z TripleArc PLC 08 June 2004 8 June 2004 TRIPLEARC PLC ('TripleArc or the Company') Directorate Changes The Company announces that Tim Brettell, Chairman, will be retiring from the Board at the next Annual General Meeting, which is scheduled for Tuesday 29 June 2004. Mr Brettell's resignation has been included in the notice of AGM which has been sent to TripleArc shareholders along with a copy of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2003. Tim Brettell founded Access Plus, now the print management division of the TripleArc group following its acquisition by the Company last year. The Board would like to thank Mr Brettell for all his hard work and for his assistance in integrating Access Plus and TripleArc. Chris Pople, currently a Non-Executive Director, will become the new Chairman following the Annual General Meeting. The Company also announces that, Colin Passmore, the Company's Print Services Director, will step down from the Board at the Annual General Meeting. However, Mr Passmore will be remaining with the Company, focussing on his operational role and the Board looks forward to continuing to work with him. The Company proposes to appoint a senior independent non-executive director to the Board in due course. Commenting on the Board changes, Jason Cromack, CEO, said: " I would like to thank Tim for all his hard work in ensuring the successful merger of the two companies last year and for overseeing the smooth integration of the two cultures. Tim retires from the Board leaving the Group in a financially strong position with an increasing order book and, for this and his advice, I am very grateful.
