                      TripleArc Plc announces Board change



TripleArc announces that Conor O'Brien, Technical Director, has today resigned
as a director of the Company.

Conor O'Brien was one of the founders of TripleArc and his vision of automating
and streamling the print procurement process has put TripleArc in a strong
position to capitalise on the predicted growth of e-commerce in the print
industry.  Now that TripleArc has moved into a different stage of its
development and is focused on being a customer driven company, Mr O'Brien has
decided to move on to new development and start up opportunities.

Jason Cromack, CEO, commented: "Conor's contribution to the company has been
invaluable. We are thankful for all his efforts and wish him the best of luck in
his new endeavours."
