TripleArc Plc (the "Company")


Directorate Changes


The Company announces that with effect from 22nd May 2007, Peter Ryding has been
appointed as an independent non-executive Director of the TripleArc Board. He
will be a member of the audit and remuneration committees of the TripleArc 
board.


Peter Ryding brings to the TripleArc board experience of sales, marketing, IT
and business strategy from his early career within Esso, Mars, EMI and other
international businesses and, subsequently, from a variety of smaller businesses
which he has run as CEO or Executive Chairman. Peter is a chartered engineer and
has an MBA from London Business School.


In addition, further to the preliminary results announcement of 27 March 2007,
the Company announces that Shane Greenan has resigned from the TripleArc Board.
He will leave the Company at the end of July 2007 when he emigrates to
Australia.


Commenting on the directorate changes Richard Atkins, chairman of TripleArc,

Peter John Ryding (47) is currently a director of the Society of Turnaround
Professionals, chairman of Pathfinder Partners Limited and a partner of
Pathfinder Partners. He has, during the last five years, previously been a
Director or Partner of Video Arts Group Limited and Xitec Software plc.


Mr Ryding has confirmed that no further disclosures are required in relation to
his appointment under schedule two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
