TripleArc plc (the "Company")

Peter Houston, a director of the Company, on 9 January 2004, sold 400,000
Ordinary Shares of 5p in the Company at a price of 18.25 pence. This sale is in
line with the notification contained in the Admission document and allows Mr
Houston to raise sufficient funds to finance the exercise of his options in
Access Plus plc (including the tax payable by him on the exercise). The total
holding in which he has a beneficial interest following this sale is 362,760
shares representing 0.18% of the issued share capital of the company.

Colin Passmore, a director of the Company, on 12 January 2004, sold 833,333
Ordinary Shares of 5p in the Company at a price of 18 pence. The total holding
in which he has a beneficial interest following this sale is 3,637,188 shares
representing 1.82% of the issued share capital of the company.
