Director's Shareholding

As part of his remuneration arrangements with the Company, Richard Atkins, the
chairman of the board of directors, is put in funds by the Company to purchase
#10,000 of ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") every
six months.

The Company was notified on 13 September 2006, that on that date, Richard Atkins
purchased 200,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 5 pence per share. This purchase
was the first pursuant to the arrangements referred to above.

Following this transaction, Richard Atkins is interested in 1,200,000 Ordinary
Shares, representing approximately 0.58 per cent of the Ordinary Shares in
issue.
