    TripleArc plc ("TripleArc" or the "Company")

    Cancellation of admission (the "Cancellation")

    The Company announces that it has applied to the London Stock Exchange for the cancellation of the trading of TripleArc shares on the
AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM"). In accordance with the rules of AIM, it is anticipated that the Cancellation will take
effect from 7.00 a.m. on 17 June 2008. 

    This follows the announcement on 15 May 2008 by office2office plc ("office2office"), inter alia, that its recommended offer to acquire
the whole of the issued and to be issued share capital of TripleArc was unconditional in all respects and that it intended to procure that
TripleArc applied for the cancellation of the trading of TripleArc shares on AIM.

    TripleArc shareholders who have not accepted the office2office offer should note that the Cancellation is likely to reduce significantly
the liquidity and marketability of TripleArc shares.
