Transport for London Fitch Credit Rating

Transport for London ("TfL") announces that on 26 January 2023, Fitch Ratings ("Fitch") upgraded TfL's Long-Term Foreign- and Local- Currency Issuer Default Ratings ("IDRs") to 'AA-' from 'A+' and affirmed its Short-Term Foreign-Currency IDR at 'F1+'. The Outlooks are now Negative, reflecting those on the UK sovereign.
