Announcement of Dividend

London 2 July 2015:

Following the successful disposal of its investments in solar and anaerobic digestion portfolio companies the Board of TP5 VCT plc has today resolved to pay a dividend of GBP7,678,882 equal to 40.93p per share to Ordinary Class Shareholders and GBP977,865 equal to 28.36p per share to B Class Shareholders. The dividends will be paid on 25 July 2015 to those Ordinary Class and B Class Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 10 July 2015.
