Toyota Motor Credit Corporation (the "Company") has published its Current Report on Form 8-K which it has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on 24 March 2021, announcing the following events:

On 24 March 2021, the Company announced that it will restructure its customer service operations to better serve its customers, by relocating and streamlining the Company's customer service centre operations and investing in new technology. Over the next two years, the Company will move its three regional customer service centres to be co-located with regional dealer service centres in Chandler, Arizona (serving the West region), Plano, Texas (serving the Central region) and Alpharetta, Georgia (serving the East region).

The Company notes that there are uncertainties related to the restructuring of the Company's customer service centre operations. The Company can give no assurance that the restructuring will be completed as planned or within the expected timing or budget, and the expected benefits may not be fully realized due to associated disruption to customer service operations and personnel.
