Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated April 21, 2020 in respect of an issue by Toyota Credit Canada Inc. of CAD 1,000,000,000 2.31 per cent. Notes due October 23, 2024 (the "Notes").

The Notes are issued under the EUR50,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme established by Toyota Motor Finance (Netherlands) B.V., Toyota Credit Canada Inc., Toyota Finance Australia Limited (ABN 48 002 435 181) and Toyota Motor Credit Corporation.

The Final Terms in respect of the Notes must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 13 September 2019, as supplemented by the Supplementary Prospectuses dated 13 November 2019, 3 December 2019, 10 February 2020, 2 March 2020 and 3 April 2020, including all documents incorporated by reference (together, the "Prospectus") which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2017/1129) in order to obtain all the relevant information.
