Total Systems plc - Q1 Interim Management Statement

Total Systems plc ("the Company") suppliers of cost effective and flexible
software systems to the financial services industry, primarily in the insurance
and warranty sectors is pleased to provide its Interim Management Statement for
the quarter ended 30 June 2007 on the occasion of its AGM today at 10:00.


In the quarter ended 30th June 2007 revenue from existing customers has been
maintained at historical levels and results are in line with the board's
expectations.


There have been no significant changes in the trading or position of the Company
over the period since the publication of its report and accounts for the year
ended 31 March 2007 on 2 July 2007.
