Subject to office copies of the Court Order being delivered to and registered by the Registrar of Companies it is expected that the Scheme will become effective on 18 April 2011. Trading in ToLuna Shares on AIM has today been suspended and it is expected that the admission of ToLuna Shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled with effect at 7.00 a.m. from 19 April 2011 or shortly thereafter.
