The Company was informed on 15 June 2009 that, on 10 June 2009, Earvil 
Consultants Limited ("Earvil") became interested in 34,703,000 ordinary shares 
of Timan (the "Ordinary Shares), representing 20.30 per cent. of the Company's 
currently issued ordinary share capital (the "Issued Ordinary Share Capital"). 
Earvil is controlled by Ezarol Management Limited which, in turn, is controlled 
by Vitaly Belik 
 
 
These Ordinary Shares were previously controlled by Alexander Kapalin, CEO of 
Timan, and his brother, Yuri Kapalin and transferred to Earvil as a result the 
exercise of the put option exercised by Redbell Investments Limited ("Redbell"), 
as announced on 1 June 2009. Alexander Kapalin is now interested in 
11,841,668 Ordinary Shares representing 6.93 per cent. of the Issued Ordinary 
Share Capital. 
 
 
As announced on 1 June 2009, Vitaly Belik controls Redbell which is interested 
in 23,730,191 Ordinary Shares representing 13.88 per cent. of the Issued 
Ordinary Share Capital. In total, Vitaly Belik is currently interested in 
58,433,191 Ordinary Shares representing 34.18 per cent. of the Issued Ordinary 
Share Capital.
