In the recent results the company said this:
"Visible orders and confirmed sales for the Group's services and software are at
record levels. Revenues from consultancy and support services business should
improve by the requirement to implement a number of large projects which have
either been secured or are expected to be secured before the end of the third
quarter."

So what hapens if the expected to be secured have not in fact been secured?

The only thing I can think why the share price drop, after such strong results, is that the growth of TIK is limited to the UK legal market and the price rise after the trading statement earier in the year was to high.
I will hold and hope that the 2nd half results are even better than the 1st, as promised by the Board.

No idea, but it's so small and illiquid just a few shares one way or the other will move the price. I think it's good value and I'm hanging on.

Anyone any ideas on why the sudden plunge in price lately? Perhaps someone knows something we dont know, with insiders knowledge. Should be good with a techinvest write up on this stock promised for next issue.

What was the price fall all about? Results were good, future looks good, fundamentals solid, what more can a Company do to increase its share value. I can only think that it is down to a bearish week on the markets or an Institution sold, maybe we will find out next week.
IMHO this share will do very well in the future and will hold long term.

Look fully valued to me so took profits. PE of 21 and small turnover growth. Also, how will they ever expand outside the legal sector which will limit their growth? Having said that, they're a well managed company that know what they're doing.

Quiet here today, despite what looked like excellent results. Big rise in profits, strong cash flow, net cash virtually unchanged despite share buybacks and acquisition, big rise in dividend (which I suppose shows confidence), and exceptionally positive chairman's statement.

I assume this morning's fall was just profit-taking after the big rise. I've bought a few more.

Starting to research this stock.
Fundamentals seem great, had a fantastic trading update in June share price jumped on the back of it, fallen back slightly maybe a good time to buy in.
The share price as never been higher than the current price in 5 years, but if the result are as the trading statement suggests I would feel a nice rise upwards would be the case.
Results out on Thursday 11th September.
All the above IMHO.

The news is good Charles. Didn't you see the trading statement yesterday?

Excellent first half with significant growth in sales and profits over last year and ahead of expectations. Outlook for the second half very encouraging.

I'm actually suprised they haven't risen further. Perhaps the fact that it is impossible to obtain any meaningful volume online has put off some buyers.

I think these will get noticed in due course and may they might get a mention in this weekend's press. Hopefully be further progress ahead of interims on Thursday 11 September.
